How do I place an order?


 
To place an order, simply enter the model number of the device you need to find compatible Lenmar items for, of the original battery you are looking to replace, or the Lenmar model number for the device if you already know it into our Battery Central search bar.

You can also find the product by using the “Quick Sku” option in our header under “Quick Sku” or “Shopping Cart”. Enter the model number you are looking for and you are set.

A third option for finding your desired product is available under “Place order”, which is located under the Quick Links on your home page.

Once you have found what products you are interested in, indicate the quantity and “Add to Cart” to proceed with your order.

 


How do I look up orders that have been placed on Back Order Status?

 

 

Back Order is defined as an open order that has not been fully shipped.

You can view open backorders under “Order History” tab. If an open order is on backorder there is red “B” to the right of “view order” hyperlink.

 


How do I look up available product status?

 

 
If an item is on backorder, the following will be displayed under “Price”:
“Currently out of stock. Expected availability (MM/DD/YYYY)”

You have the option to order products and order will go on Back Order Status.

 


How do I add more store location addresses?

 

 
E-Mail orderprocessing@lenmar.com with a request to add a new store location.

 


How do I look up my invoices?

 

 
With the new Dealer Central you can access invoices by clicking on the "Order/Invoice" tab. Invoices can be viewed for 30 days. Invoices prior to the new Dealer Central are not available on the new Dealer Central.
